NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the next Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 14h00 on Monday, 22 August 2005 at the Panorama Room, SABC Building, Radio Park, Auckland Park, Johannesburg and at the Presentation Room, SABC Building, 209 Beach Rd, Sea Point, Cape Town, with a line conference feed between the two venues, at which the issues and resolutions as set out in the attached Official Notice, including agenda, will be considered and, if deemed fit, passed with or without modification.
The required period of 21 days clear notice of the meeting, as required in terms of article 12 of the Company's articles of association has been duly observed, as this notice has been posted by the Company on 24 June 2005.
