Core Business Objective

• Sithengi's core business objective is increasing trade and development in film, television and allied products in South Africa, Southern Africa and the rest of Africa. Sithengi has identified five business objectives to give expression to this role:
• Have a dominant position controlling intelligence on the programming needs and operational conditions faced by broadcasters in South Africa, Southern Africa and Africa
• Develop a strong intra-African network of industry professionals
• To be a provider of platforms and programs to improve the attractiveness of South African, Southern African and African product for international consumption
• To be the leading showcase for South African, Southern African and African products for international consumption
• Establish Sithengi as a commercially sustainable organisation
