NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT
SITHENGI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
THIS IS TO NOTIFY ALL SITHENGI MEMBERS that the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled for Friday, 15 July 2005 has, due to unforeseen circumstances, been postponed until Friday, 29 July 2005 at 14h00.
The AGM will take place at both the Panorama Room, SABC Building, Radio Park, Auckland Park, Johannesburg and the Presentation Room, 5th floor, SABC Building, 209 Beach Road, Sea Point, Cape Town, with a line conference feed between the two venues.
The Agenda and Memorandum of Articles of Association as submitted to you on Wednesday, 29 June 2005, remain unchanged.
