Seanne Kube, Market Director
South African born, Seanne Kube started her B.Com. studies at UCT and transferred to UNISA, majoring in Economics, Business Management and Industrial Psychology. Seanne has worked on and/or lead initiative/problem solving projects in various industries (banking, foreign trade and asset management).
While in foreign trade, she was part of a business/manufacturing committee that inputted the formulation and development of DTI's EMIA scheme. The Johannesburg World Summit Company (JOWSCO) approached her in November 2001, to assume the position of Operations Manager for the UN World Summit on Sustainable Development. Six months later she was promoted to Executive Manager.
In June 2003 she was appointed as Market Director for the Sithengi Film & TV Market. Her role; to direct the content and operations, oversee and manage communications and marketing strategies; and assist the CEO with the financial position as these pertain to the Market.
She currently serves on the board of the Cape Film Commission.
