The film has enjoyed a number of screenings, including:
- The Zimbabwe International Film Festival in 2004
- The Zlin Festival for Youth and Children in the Czech Republic
- In Moscow at the Kragnorgorski Sports Film Festival
- Rwandan International Film Festival 2005.
Stormchasing: Africa has been selected to screen as part of an outdoor screenings festival in townships in the Western Cape. It has also screened at a variety of independent screenings in South Africa.
We have developed a detailed marketing plan to distribute this film ourselves locally and internationally as a DVD release. HOWEVER we feel that the release would be far stronger with some other African adventure films on the DVD as well. So we are looking for some films made by Africans or in Africa about surfing, adventure travel etc. Anyone who has such films and holds and controls all the rights associated with their film should contact me:
