Among the workshops to be held are, the Nollywood Challenge, Cultural Identity & Story Telling, and New Digital Technology & the Short Film. The Festival will also have a focus on films produced by Zimbabwean Filmmakers living in the Diaspora as well as Children's programming.

ZIFF does have a competition component and the deadline for entries is 13 June 2005. The entry form is available from the ZIFF website: www.ziff.co.zw.
